Very impolite

A very nice ice cream parlor that is somewhat restless due to the location. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars. The waitress was very friendly and knew about gluten. The waffle for ice cream was placed next to the plate, which is really a rarity and could therefore be called exemplary. Reordering the ice was also no problem at all. Thumbs up from me!

Waffles were a disaster. Waffles with kids Bueno and Snickers looked like Snickers and Kinderbueno were cut and done. ??? At home, I do it better

On the way through, in the outdoor area a, two coffees with the delicious ice cream enjoyed. Staff attentive and friendly.

Super yummy ice cream

However, I believe that for many people, including you, it seems a tad worse and more unfair when a loved one, in my case my mother-in-law, is wronged. I would like to try to raise the whole thing back to a (more or less) factual level. My mother-in-law and I recently visited you. We opted for the iced coffee. You'd think it's not really exotic in an ice cream parlor. I am also aware that every person, and that certainly includes me, has a bad or even shitty day and that sometimes mistakes happen that you would otherwise never make .. BUT, especially if you absolutely What is certain is that you have been producing a first-class product that is popular with your customers "for 10 years" and that this is precisely what the guest complains about. But instead of, like me, assuming a mishap in production and just having the two iced coffees made again, we as your guests were told (in an incredibly condescending tone) that we were telling the untruth, because the iced coffee was completely flawless and "not a bit watered down" .. Oha ... I did not expect such an arrogant reaction on the part of the staff .. But it turned out even better, because as proof to discredit us too openly it was apparently sufficient for the waitress that the quote "Color of the iced coffee as always" is .. Please believe me that I am perfectly able to distinguish good from bad or even watered down iced coffee! I also: TASTED OF BOTH DRINKS! Up to now, I have not yet succeeded in determining the perfect taste of food with just the eye ... Capeau !! Not enough that we were not taken seriously with our complaint, no, it was also suggested to us that we would lie with our complaint, for whatever reason. That the really cheeky tone of voice with which we were encountered put the crown on the whole thing, is added .. Maybe these TWO iced coffees were a one-off accident, but even if, to accuse his guests, they were too stupid in good German to distinguish a good iced coffee from a bad one or to tell the untruth, is simply cheeky! And believe me, I was frustrated and angry when we left the café. Whether or not I should go to a "professional" as you suggested afterwards, everyone can decide for themselves after reading my review! CONCLUSION: Even 1 star seems to me to be too harmless to describe what I experienced in this ice cream parlor .. NEVER AGAIN!! P. S. Yummy ice cream

Excellent Italian ice, decent selection of flavors and very fresh. Friendly staff, nice indoor and outdoor seating. Good selectoon of quality coffee drinks and beverages. Great people watchibg spot in a locals only mall. Easy acess and parking. Decent prices and vast number of assorted ice cream deserts

Ice was too cold

Our ice cream tasted very good ??We were served quickly and very friendly. Today it was very warm in Hürth and accordingly almost all outdoor seats were occupied. Hats off, with so many guests no 10 minutes waited. Great cooperation from the staff! We say thank you and happy Feierabend.??☕????????

You can drink coffee and eat ice cream there

Very nice! Made a clean impression. The staff was friendly. Ok, the location is not exactly what you would call stylish, in the middle of the shopping arcade, but for a coffee etc. it is absolutely fine if you are there anyway.
